The Williamsons, now joined by Rod Theaker, keep climbing the Laser Ladder!

Craig Williamson's sailing achievments
 
Sailjuice Winter Series
Craig Williamson completed the six major winter handicap events that make up the Sailjuice Series,  The series attracts many sailors who want to keep their hand in over the winter months, the Yorkshire Dales Brass monkey saw at least 18 current or past National and International champions.  Craig was the first Laser finishing fourth overall and a creditable 2nd place in the final event the Steve Nicholson Trophy.

Laser World and European Chamionship Qualification Events
Craig is his juggling competing in various Laser events with his final year at Exeter University, he has competed in three World and European qualification events, his best result being 16th at the latest event in Pwhelli.  At these events he is competing against eight of the Olympic Development Squad who are full time funded sailors.

Laser Midland Grand Prix
The Laser Midland Grand Prix consists of 19 events held across the Midlands with the best six results to count.  Craig has compete three events and has finished 3rd at both Carsington and at Blithfield, he retired after the first race at Chelmarsh because he thought the conditions of 0 knts were insufficient for fair racing.  The competition is very close at the front of the fleet, Craig won the first race at Carsington and had two second places at Blithfield.

Paul Williamson's Sailing Achievments
 
Beaver Open Meeting
Paul Williamson ventured North to Beaver Sailing Club near Doncaster for their annual Laser open meeting and finished 3rd out of 19 boats, with a 2nd, 3rd and 5th place.  The rivalry between the sailing dads was more bitter than that between their offspring, Tony Wetherell (father of the event winner) made Paul do a 720 degree turn in the first race preventing Paul from taking 2nd overall, but Paul had the last laugh over Tony by beating him into 4th place overall.
 
Laser Midland Grand Prix
Paul is the Laser Midland Grand Prix Co-ordinator and has completed four of the six events that have taken place so far this year and is currently lying 4th overall, with a 2nd at Earlswood, 4th at Chelmarsh and 6th at Carsington.  He was also 4th Radial at Blithfield.

Rod Theaker' Sailing Achievments
 
Laser Midland Grand Prix
Rod Theaker has joined the Williamsons on the Laser Midland Grand Prix Circuit, competing at Swarkstone and Blithfield.  He showed a particularly good turn of speed at Swarkstone by winning a race and coming third overall he also came 10th at a blustery Blithfield.
