This operates though courses over the year for 8
to 14 year olds. These courses are open to non-members and usually
take place over 2 days teaching Start Sailing Stages 1 and 2. Those
aged 14 and over are welcome to join the adult / youth courses in
April and September. A maximum of 12 juniors per course are taught
in the club optimists and toppers. Wet suits and life jackets can
be borrowed from the club store. The courses are great fun and once
you have learnt these basic skills you can join us at the Junior/
Youth squad weekends.
